Can you take pictures of Maiko transformation in your own camera?

Yes. It is okay if you take with your own camera. Please note that walking fee will be charged separately when shooting outside the shop in a maiko experience.

Is the photo of the maiko experience handed over to the day?

We will be able to hand you over to the day as much as possible. However, during the tourist season (spring, autumn), it may be impossible to hand it on the day. In that case, we will mail it at a later date. Please acknowledge it.

Where is the parking lot?

Please use nearby coin parking. (There is no affiliated parking lot) It will be very crowded at sightseeing season. be careful.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can use it. VISA, JCB, Master, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DC CARD are available.

What is the time required for Maiko transformation?

Depending on individual differences, I think that you can see for a total of 1 hour 30 minutes.→ Look at the flow of transformation.

● Change clothes and drop make-up: about 20 to 30 minutes

Can we go for a rainy day?

Sorry. On rainy days, clothes and wigs are prone to be damaged, so we decline walks.

Can I eat or drink while I'm walking?

While taking a walk, please refrain from drinking and smoking as much as possible.

Is there anything to prepare?

Especially preparation is not necessary. I am allowed to prepare our socks and skins (underwear) at our shop. If you are going to make up on your way home, please bring your cosmetic tool.

What is the difference between Maiko and Geiko?

In the period of Maiko, after graduating from junior high school, I entered the place of each flower street and made a preparation for becoming a Maiko san for a year (flower street words, etiquette, dancing, ringing, flower arrangement, tea ceremony etc.) With an apprentice with her sister geiko, she went out to a tea house and learned various conventions. After 4 to 6 years, we changed the collar and changed from maiko to geiko.
